Girlfriend with her painted turtle, read to see the sharkies!It was member's night at the TN aquarium tonight! The theme was shark night and needless to say, Lauren DID not like the dress up shark! But she thoroughly enjoyed looking at the big fishies in the tank. Note to self: Do not dress up for Halloween.
She was so funny trying to figure out who was standing behind her. Like .2 seconds after this was taken, she started to cry...poor baby is a chicken!

We participated in a little face painting. She got a mini turtle on her forehead. She sat perfectly still. The painter's name even had a daughter named Lauren Elizabeth!
The highlight of the night - Sharks! There was a diver in the tank that talked on a microphone telling us what he was doing as he was feeding them. I couldn't get a picture of that though because it was packed.
The gorgeous sunset that was waiting for us when we got home. I love how we can sit on our deck, on top of a mountain, and watch the sunset with more mountains in the background.
