Boo At The Zoo

We have a pretty tiny zoo here in Chattanooga but it's such a great size for Lauren. They host fun seasonal events and this year we attended "Boo at the Zoo." It was a fun night of playing games and trick or treating around the park. (After playing the games, the kids got candy basically).

I finally talked Lauren into putting on a costume. She has claimed this year that all of her princess dresses and her official Halloween costume were "too itchy", even after putting pants and a shirt on.
We bought a bracelet for $10 where Lauren could play every single game as many times as she wanted. It worked out so well because she played almost all of them. The one below she just picked a duck from the water. Each duck had a number on the bottom and that was how many pieces of candy she got. And hello to baby #2. Can't miss that shot!
Daddy had to help her with this game. It was a little advanced for her age. She had to knock those cups over with a little toy. She still got some candy out of it :)
She had to throw pennies in this pig's mouth. She was so cute and walked right up the mouth. Smart girl on making it easy to get more candy.
"Lauren, show me your scary face."
She also rode a pony in the dark. The girl loves animals, any kind.
We wrapped up the evening with a picture next to the scary ghost. If she knew that ghost was behind her, she would have never smiled. Todd just walked up and pretended like it wasn't there.
Her baby comes everywhere with us now. She is gearing up to be the best big sister.

We wanted to go to Boo at the Zoo this year, but never got the chance. Looks like she had a great time.
