Here is a good vegetable soup recipe that I made tonight:
V8 juice container, I use low sodium
Can diced potatoes
Can diced carrots
Can green beans
Can peas
Drain veggies
Add to a pot with V8 juice
Easiest recipe ever. The V8 juice gives such a good flavor. I will add in random veggies sometimes too. I had a good tomato that was soon going bad so I threw that in the pot tonight too.
Im so fancy that I serve this with good ole Jiffy in a box cornbread. That box is pure golden. Cant beat the 50 cents price tag and 6 cornbread muffins it makes.
Im no food photographer. But you get the point :)
