We've had some beautiful weather here in Chattanooga. It's even nicer up on the mountain, being about 5-10 degrees cooler than down in the city. Usually around 4-5pm, Lauren is super tired so to survive the "witching hours", we've been going outside to ride bikes and play on the swing set. We have phased out of naps (SAD!) but it truly works so much better. She was taking around 2 hours to fall asleep in the afternoon and then staying up super late. It just wasn't working. Now we play, play, play and she is sound asleep around 7:30pm. She does have "quiet time" on the couch and watches TV or lays there for an hour or so in the afternoon. It sure is nice having the quiet evenings now.

We are loving the fall temps too even though we are in the mid 80 to upper 80's. Hopefully soon we
will get some real fall weather!
